The 35% is SAP's target. The 60% is a consultancy model. Not the same claim.
On 21 August SAP restated the bet: seven assistant families on SAP Cloud ALM, aiming to cut SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA effort ~35%. Custom Code Assistant shipped in Q2. The other six remain Q3–Q4.
Why this matters if you run RISE with SAP:
- Put the live assistant in the statement of work. The other six are named, not a staffing plan.
- Fit-to-standard on custom code can start before the systems integrator is appointed.
- Humans still own the last mile — not unsupervised conversion.
Ask which of the seven is a tool in the plan, and which is still a slide.
If this kind of release decoding is useful, follow along.
